12 sessions of gym based training, including any running fitness or sport specific training.
The 6 week program will be led by evidence based research and periodised to match your goals and ambitions.
I will provide guidance and support throughout the 6 weeks and we can alter the training as your needs desire.
The training will include videos on how to perform each exercise and the amount of reps and sets required.
Once you have bought this program you will be contacted by Jason to discuss and set up your plan.
