The aim of this program is to create a foundation of strength, then build on this to create power, speed and agility. The plan uses complex/contrast training, whereby a heavy compound exercise is followed by an explosive plyometric exercise. This ensures speed and power is also developing alongside raw strength. The improvements will be transferable to onfield play, enhancing performance in sports such as football, rugby or general running.
The plan consists of 12 sessions over 6 weeks. You will receive a video alongside the plan prior to each session to demonstrate how to perform the exercises.
